How will I receive the products I have ordered?

You will receive your goods via post (ELTA) or by Courier Company. For your proper and fast service you should have provided the correct and full address and any other information you consider necessary (floor, office etc.). How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery of promptly available products takes place within approximately 7 working days. For products available upon request and based on stock, the delivery is concluded maximum 14 working days from the day of order.

Can I change a product and what is the process?

If any of the purchased items does not satisfy you completely, or, is not the right size, you can easily return it, with your own shipping costs and replace it with another item of equal value or another size. Changes are available within 14 days of receipt, only if the product has not been used, or, processed and only with the cloth tags of the original packaging on. Place the product to be returned, in a suitable packaging and include the receipt, if you have kept it.

The company undertakes to replace any defective product or product that has been damaged or destroyed during transportation.
